3. Our turn! We will collect your shipment and send it back as soon as possible, processed according to your wishes! Don't forget to inform us about the method of return - its costs according to normal rates.

When to use the service?
- You ordered a product and everything is fine, you do not want to return it, but you want to change one element (e.g. the size of the carabiner)
- The product was damaged due to your fault (cut, bitten, etc.)
- You want to change the color of the fittings because it matches the rest of your accessories better
- The product is very worn, but you would still like to use it, the fittings need refreshing.
Attention!
We reserve the right to refuse service if we are physically unable to repair the product in a way that would allow for its continued similar use. In such a case, the repair cost incurred by you will be refunded.
